How can I pay for an order online?
You may choose to pay through credit card via Paypal or through our secure online payment portal. You may also send an Instant Transfer through Paypal or (in Canada only) an Email Money Transfer - simply choose this option during check out and follow the displayed instructions.
Can I order a gift for someone?
Of course! Just specify their address in the shipping address fields and your own in the billing address fields. We can include a little personalized note from you in the package - just leave a note for us at checkout with what you want us to write!
Do you deliver products that I purchase free of charge?
Unfortunately, no. But keep an eye on our site for occasional shipping specials.
How can I change or cancel my order?
We know that sometimes things happen. If you have to change or cancel an order, call as soon as possible. If it hasn't gone out the door, we'll be able to help you.
Can I upgrade to faster shipping ?
Sure! It's your choice. Of course, faster shipping comes at a premium so look over the shipping options carefully.
What is the return policy?
Products damaged during shipping are insured. The carrier should be notified immediatley to initiate a claim. For products that have been received and opened, we are unable to accept returns. Unopened packages can be returned for exchange.
